Rhode Islanders love Block Island, and this girl is no exception. We decided to take a little family adventure to Block Island this past summer so the girls could experience the ferry ride, the island’s shops, and a little beach fun. It was a little bit overcast, and not very warm, but we didn’t let that interfere with our fun!
[Side note: in combining two resolutions that have potential for 2014, I really want to blog more personal stuff because it’s not something I did much of last year; hence this post that should have been posted last summer. Oh, and the other resolution — to organize. And I love organizing, so this isn’t much of a stretch, but undeniably, always needs to be done, so why not start now?]
I rarely post Avery in black and white for obvious reasons, but I love the way the black and white makes this image feel sort of moody.
