This wedding could be one of the times I’ve felt happiest for a bride on her wedding day. And that’s because the beautiful bride has been my friend for so many years, and I’ve been witness to the ups and downs of her relationships. Well…..this is definitely an UP and I am thrilled that Rae and Jarrod picked ME to document this day! Their love was, and is, palpable. You could see it every time they looked into each other’s eyes, clasped hands, or just gave each other a hug!
We began the day in Cambridge, in the house that Rae’s mom owned for many years, which is undergoing a complete restoration and will be the home of Rae and Jarrod upon it’s completion. After the ceremony, we ventured to these amazing locations at the notable Mount Auburn Cemetery, which engineered a befitting atmosphere of drama and moodiness on this almost rainy day. Following photos, we arrived at Mistral Restaurant in Boston for the reception, where the guests enjoyed an intimate evening of friendly mingling and top notch eats!
And of course I must thank my trusty second shooter, Janet, for joining me at this special affair!
