Rocky Point Park Family Portrait: Kate + her girls

First up on the “catch up on blogging” menu is this short and sweet session I did last April with Kate and her adorable twin daughters at Rocky Point Park in Warwick RI. This portrait was a gift to Kate by my thoughtful and generous cousin Tess who wanted to make sure she had some special memories on film with her daughters, especially since she was facing a challenging time in her life. Even though it was a bit of a chilly day, and that type of weather condition is not always the easiest to deal with during photo shoots, I think we can clearly see how much love and devotion Kate has for her daughters. I loved how she let them freely express themselves, even within the confines of an official portrait sesh. That’s always ok with me – be yourself, be spirited, be happy!
