Weaving Cultures at the Warwick Country Club
On a rainy, cold fall New England day, two vibrant, joyous, enthusiastic people got married without a fleeting thought about the weather, only a focus on the deep love and new life that they were ready to embrace. Cara and Vinh’s wedding day combined two cultures, seamlessly uniting two families together through their enduring, devoted relationship. Both cultures were clearly represented, beginning with a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony, where Cara was officially welcomed into Vinh’s family. Followed by a familiar American ceremony, Cara and Vinh shared their vows among close family and friends. Luckily for the photography team, the rain was no obstacle for some quick (and partially covered!) outdoor photos. Cara and Vinh were such troopers, and happily braved the elements with us! The evening began with great, memorable toasts from Cara’s mom and brother, Vinh’s father, as well as the best man and maid of honor. A special moment came in the form of a unique performance by Vinh’s dad, as he sang the song of the mother/son dance! The rain never did let up, but neither did the party! The band rocked the room, and Cara and Vinh’s guests killed it on the dance floor all night!
