Cullen and Mason’s Rocky Point Park senior portrait session marks the third time I’ve had the joy of photographing their family. Over the past few years, I’ve also captured senior portraits for their two older brothers, so it’s been extra special to see this crew through such an important milestone—four times over!
It’s always such an honor when their mom, Kathy, reaches out for another session. I’ve enjoyed watching her boys grow into impressive young men. I have to admit, though—I’m a little bummed she doesn’t have any more kids for me to photograph! (Haha, just kidding, Kathy! I’m quite sure four young adult sons keep you plenty busy!)
Rocky Point Park continues to be one of my go-to locations for portrait sessions, and for good reason. With its waterfront views, expansive fields, unique rock formations, and that dreamy golden sunlight filtering through the trees (when the weather cooperates!), it offers so much natural variety in one beautiful spot. During the session with the twins, we made sure to take full advantage of everything the park has to offer, which always results in a gallery full of diverse, dynamic images.
Cullen and Mason even incorporated an outfit change, which is something I always encourage. A second look adds depth and personality to your gallery and helps create even more variety throughout your session.
Both Cullen and Mason attend Bishop Hendricken High School, where they excel not only as talented athletes but also academically. It’s clear they have bright futures ahead of them, and I have no doubt they’ll continue to do great things wherever life leads.
And now that I’ve officially photographed all of Kathy’s boys, I think it’s time for her and me to retire from senior portraits and move on to wine and cheese nights instead. That sounds like a fair trade to me. 🧀🍷
