A Romantic Fall Wedding at Glen Manor House

Justine and Dylan’s Glen Manor House wedding last October was a truly unforgettable celebration — an event that seamlessly blended sophistication, heartfelt emotion, and joyful energy. The day unfolded effortlessly, with elegant details, meaningful moments, and many unique and special touches. The wedding didn’t just look beautiful — it felt deeply personal, genuinely fun, and profoundly moving.

A few of the notable and special elements the couple incorporated into their wedding day were signature napkins to go along with their signature drinks, and a fun “golfing excursion” off the manor’s dock. (Safely and environmentally sound, of course.) The cocktail napkins were labeled with cute and meaningful quotes from Taylor Swift songs and the hit show FRIENDS. As a fan of both Taylor AND Friends, I found these napkins quite whimsical and relatable! I am sure that many of the guests felt the same way too!

Justine and Dylan also integrated their love of golf into their wedding day as well. A symbolic drive off the dock with a custom designed club was such a cool, quirky and really fun thing to do – and personally nothing I have ever experienced at a wedding, so that was a first for me!

I also must give a special shout out to Justine’s dress designer Suzanne Neville. (The dress was purchased at A Little Something White, a bridal boutique in Darien, CT.) This beauty is possibly one of the most stunning, modern, stylish wedding dresses I have ever laid my eyes on. And it has pockets to boot!! Style, glamour and function!

From the moment the reception began, it was clear this wedding would be one to remember. The space was filled with thoughtfully styled details—soft candlelight, delicate florals, and elegant table settings that created a warm, inviting atmosphere. As the night unfolded, the dance floor quickly became the heart of the celebration, packed with guests dancing, laughing, and letting loose. Heartfelt toasts brought both tears and laughter, honoring the couple in the most personal way. Surrounded by a joyful crowd of family and friends, the entire evening radiated love, connection, and pure celebration.
